Description
The Cinturato P7 All Season touring tire is an extremely versatile offering from Pirelli’s Eco friendly Cinturato range of tires. The P7 A/S was developed to offer a smoother， quieter ride that complements the performance capabilities of high-powered sports cars， sport coupes and sporty sedans. Pirelli uses an innovative combination of tread compounds and manufacturing techniques to produce the ‘Eco-Impact’ labeled Cinturato P7 A/S for a tire that is energy efficient， long wearing and offers confident traction and grip on warm， summer roads as well as on snow dusted wintery roads. An innovative Extra Low Rolling Resistance (ELRR) polymer， that is 100% free of highly aromatic oils and has a low environmental impact， is used to mold the tread of the Cinturato P7 All Season tire. This energy efficient tread compound offers lower friction between the tire and the road and less rolling resistance. The internal materials and construction are designed to lower the tires weight while offering high speed stability， another feature that makes these tires greener than their competition.
The Cinturato P7 All Season has an asymmetric tread pattern with optimized pitch sequencing and phasing， which offers lower internal noise. The outer tread shoulder blocks ensure lateral stability for cornering and work in conjunction with a continuous circumferential central rib and innovative intermediate tread blocks to maintain road contact for responsive steering， acceleration and breaking on dry roads. Four， wide-circumferential channels expel water from under the tire on wet roads for increased resistance to aquaplaning and greater safety and control when driving on wet or slushy roads. These channels also reduce road noise. A high density of longitudinal and lateral sipes， with their numerous biting edges， grip snow covered roads for traction during winter.
