Refund and Returns Policy

At Smartserhopping, we want to make sure you're completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, our return and refund policy is designed to make things easy for you.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused and in original condition.
  • The item is returned with its original packaging, accessories, and tags (if applicable).
  • We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale".
  • Opened or used items, such as certain home goods, hygiene products, etc.

How to Start a Return

If you wish to return an item, follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: We’ll review your return request and, if approved, send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.

  3. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item carefully in its original packaging to protect it during transit.

  4. Ship Back the Item: Return the item to the address we provide, using the Return Authorization Number. Please note, return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved Returns: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

  • Non-Eligible Returns: If the return isn’t approved, we’ll notify you and arrange for the return of the item at your expense.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request pictures or videos of the issue. Once approved, we’ll either:

  • Send you a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Offer a full refund.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: You can cancel your order any time before it ships. Just contact us right away to cancel.
  • After Shipping: Once the item has shipped, it can’t be canceled, but you can initiate a return once it arrives.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or if we made an error with your order.
  • If we provide you with a prepaid return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
